      Multimedia Consultant Interview

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Albuquerque Journal (Albuquerque, NM) in Nov 2014

      Interview

The interview for Multimedia Consultant at the Albuquerque Journal was one of the most painfully long and meandering interviews I have endured in my life. It started out with two "managers" asking questions and before it was over there were 5 different people in and out asking me the same questions over and over because they were not all there at the same time to hear my answers. They told me about all the bonuses and commissions I would be making that NEVER came through. They gave me wonderful stories of company representatives who made six figure incomes which I later found out had not happened in many years. This was a painful and lengthy experience which only led to a position that paid me about 50% of what they offered and only lasted 10 months. To illustrate the point, of the 5 people who interviewed me, only 3 still work at the Journal.
