Had 2 interviews, First was properly planned and executed with HR Staff and Senior Mgmt
Second was a disappointment and asked wide-ranging questions like "What do you LIKE to do"!!! Or this is your time to shine!! Very inexperienced junior staff with clearly no idea of a professional recruitment process.
