Very Negative. Rude attitude. doubtful and questioning. interview questions can be quite outdated and boring. Your answers are judged right in front them. Management can sound quite rude, the rest of staffs are young and inexperienced. Overall bad experience.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Alba (Canada) in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview went well until I was told that my experiences were not qualified.
While the job description literally stated 1-year experience preferred (still keeping the JD copy), I, with 2 years experience RIGHT on the resume, got called in for an interview, in which I was told they preferred someone with 3-5 years experience for this position. Wow.
IMO they are just training their junior recruiter by interviewing as many candidates as possible despite wasting some candidates' time. I have been on many interviews, this one, especially in a staffing agency, surely shocked me to the core.
