Multiple interviews looking for different experiences and examples, including group exercise and a technical interview checking problem solving, knowledge of chemistry and critical thinking. Interview process took a whole day, with lunch provided with all interviewees. Total of 5 people being interviewed on the same day. Some of the interviews conducted by a pair of interviewers.
