Question 1
They asked me what do I know about the firm and they actually do in the market.
3 interviews, HR then a case with someone in the team followed by an interview with a senior member of the team. Case study covered a typical scenario where an ODD report was required and needed to highlight issues.
Excel and essay interview.The excel part had intermediate level of difficulty including functions pivot tables sensitivity analysis ,what if analysis .and the whole interview process was 1hr long. The excel exercise was pretty much what do they expect you to know going in for a specific role.
