I applied through LinkedIn, the process took 1 week as I was on my notice period. Got a call from HR within a few days after applying and got to know about 2 rounds of interviews will be conducted. The first round interview was fairly easy with the manager of the data science team, purely based on my resume, deep learning and computer vision concepts, and some basic mathematics concepts. The next round was scheduled with the HR team panel, this was a more detailed round focused on why you think you are a good fit for this role, your family background, and why should we hire you. It's been more than a month since the interview and am still in discussion with HR for feedback. Always get a reply stating feedback is positive but some other interviews are going on. The coordination between the technical team and HR management is pathetic. They are still hanging me in. Their technical team isn't focusing on building the products but rather has an ample amount of time to waste. If you think you can't afford or move forward then at least convey it directly and possibly with constructive feedback.
