Aivia (Canada) interview questions

Overall, the process was ok. The interviewers were friendly, the questions were directly aligned with the role, and the take-home assignment felt fair and relevant. However, there’s one major downside that left a sour taste after an otherwise smooth process: after I went through all the interview stages I never heard back from them, even after a follow-up reminder. It’s disappointing to invest significant time in multiple interview stages and receive silence.
