I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Airspace in Jan 2021
Interview
I was reached out to by a Recruiting Manager who asked if I would be interested in a position with Airspace.
Once I confirmed my interest (Via my response to Indeed email), I was invited for a phone call screening. once complete, I was invited for a 2nd round interview to gauge if my experience aligned with the position. Shortly after completing my 2nd round interview I was invited to have a 3rd round interview interview to gauge my fit into the company's culture and mission.
A few days after my last interview I was offered a position with the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me of a time when you encountered a problem while on the job, and how did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Airspace in Mar 2024
Interview
Three round interview. Everything went well they made it seem like I had a job and then told me that I wasn’t moving forward. I believe they’re racist. I’m African-American and all the people that I interviewed with were Caucasian. There was nothing wrong with my résumé. I had years of experience with a top forwarder, both internationally and domestic, so there was no reason why I wasn’t chosen, especially after getting positive feedback for the interviews. Maybe they will get some diversity in the company besides women I hate that I even said all those things to them about how empowering it was to see women in high places, but obviously they really don’t care.
the interview process in airspace has a professional workflow, clear scheduling, and great communication. good information about the job, nice benefits. the tests were not easy. thanks for the great experience

Question 1
what do you think about high volume call and operation traffic?
3 rounds, took less than 1 week. Everyone was accommodating and welcoming. Not sure why glassdoor requires 30 words for this. I really don't know why that is a requirement for a review.
