a technical test with 50 questions in 90 minutes. Some questions are grid, others require a detailed answer. They say the minimum accepted score to move on is 75%, but even though I got 78% and haven't heard from them again

Two-step interview.

For the second, I was asked to pick a technical challenge I had encountered and present the way I tackled it. It would resemble very much with a talk one gives at a tech conference, with a Q & A from their team at the end.
