I got a phone call from the Engineering Recruiting Manager, we talk for a while about my experience and what I was looking for in a career. Call went great and was very conversational. Then I was invited to their Dallas office for an in-person interview with the Engineering Recruiting Manager and COO of Airetel. The interview was again very conversational, mainly focusing on my background and what I was looking for in a career as well as how I could potentially be a positive impact on their company as they were beginning to grow. Interview went very well. Was given an offer the same day.
