Intense for an office manager position. 3 step interview process. 1st was an interview with CEO that was about 1.5 hrs long. However, it was conversational while deep as well. He really tried to get to know what your thought process was. 2nd Intense 4 hour timed test on various scenarios and tasks. 3rd 0.5 day interview with other members of the team including lunch with CEO.
