Long. Months long process. The process was made more complicated than necessary. Many levels, multiple “conversations” good access to multiple resources but the extended process, in my opinion, was dated and repetitive.

Interview
Recruiter Phone screen followed by a Manager teams interview. Next an onsite interview consisting of a group interview with PowerPoint presentation on a project I wanted to share to aligned with the skills required for the role, small group interview, manager interview and facility tour. Debriefed with my recruiter and waited for feedback.
