I receive one phone call, which I guess was the first screening and then was invited for interview days later to meet the management team. Pretty informal and relaxed process.

Don't remember. Questions about my Cv and experience and some about my character. It was more to see if I would fit into the culture and the company Values: Happy, Hungry and Honest. A few questions on my experience and some on my personality and future plans.
