Submitted my CV, followed by a competency based video interview, and finally an assessment centre, involving a group case study, an individual case study, a technical interview, and a group exercise.

Interview
The interview process was about average, 30 minutes long and nothing over the top question wise. The interviewer was nice and I felt as though it went very well. However, they did say I would hear back one way or another within a month or so. A few months on and I have heard nothing.

Interview was for a role in France and they were looking for Chemical Engineering graduates with proficiency in French and English. Consisted of 3 main parts: technical interview with a presentation on a topic of your choice; more conversational interview (in French) about yourself and your passions; and a group task with a time limit.
