Hunan resources, meets with you first. Next the hiring manager then a panel ask basic questions.at each stage. Human resources is difficult to reach. Communication is minimal Everyone seems nice enough

Question 1
They asked behavior questions. What would you do if the sales manager was not doing their job
Really laid back, phone call first then meeting with RDO then a phone meeting with head RDO. Very simple process and clear communication the whole time. I've had much worse interviews with large companies as well. Everyone has been so nice so far.

Interview
Received email to schedule in person interview. Scheduled 1 on 1 interview with the Area Director of Operations. Interview lasted about 45 . At the end of the interview the Area Director of Operations said I would be contact within a day or 2 with their decision. The following day I received a email want to setup a final phone interview with the Director of Operations.
