The interview process involved a Zoom or Google Meet call with a vice president and other related associated and members who work for AiCure. Despite being an interview, this call was more of an introduction than the formal interview. The interview went like this:
1. The vice president introduced AiCure.
2. Then the lead asked one simple common question why one would be fit for the job.
3. Members look through the CV / resume sent and ask some other questions, regarding the position.
4. Then, members spent most of the time, talking about AiCure products rather than being serious of the interview.
Even though the call was informal, but interesting, I got accepted with a job position. AiCure did not formally provide any standard / working schedule of how one should start their career. The dress code is casual, where plenty of members actually wore shirts and not professional casual office type of outfits.
