I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Agriwebb (Surry Hills) in Jul 2024
Interview
*** Applicant Beware ***
Absolutely grueling two month process
They literally would took three weeks in between interviews to let you know if they were moving you on to the next round.
Forced candidates to do free work via a massive PowerPoint project during a short holiday week while giving less than four business days to complete it
Once complete, you must record yourself walking them through your strategic approach
I received glowing remarks during the project debrief from all three who interviewed me. Received nothing but positive feedback and was told "we'd like for you to speak with our co-founder next"
After that, it was radio silence for three weeks. When I finally got the reply, I was called directly and was told the following news: "We aren't selecting anyone and we are going back out to market for the role"
To put it mildly, they wasted everyone's summer who had invested an abundance of time and energy into pursuing the Enterprise AM role
Furthermore, I'm convinced they were simply testing the waters with no urgency to hire and don't even really know what they're looking for.
I'm also convinced they are simply abusing applicants to obtain free consulting work for difficult customer scenarios the company is currently dealing with
When I asked for feedback, they mentioned that I didn't have enough industry experience. I then explained I have 10 years of SaaS Sales/AM experience and that has not changed since I started interviewing two months back. That you knew what I brought to the table in terms of experience so why would you decide to move me along? Why would you put me through this process if I didn't have the right type of experience? To which they replied "you just didn't have what we were ooking for"
They are 100% abusing their power in a very challenging job market and it's a shame as this appeared to be an exciting opportunity.
Applicant Beware as they will abuse their power, string you along with positive feedback, then discard you once they've wasted months of your time and forced you to do a lengthy project.
Good luck finding an Enterprise AM who has 5-10 years of AgTech experience specifically. That is a very niche fit and wouldn't be surprised if this company is still interviewing for this role in 2025 and continuing to waste everyone's time
Interview questions [1]

How have you worked with other customers in the past?
Thank you for sharing your feedback, it’s really valuable to us as we continuously look to improve the candidate experience. This is a critical position for AgriWebb and as such the recruitment process is comprehensive to ensure we select the right candidate for the role. We’d also like to take this opportunity to confirm that all assessment projects are only used as part of the recruitment selection process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Agriwebb in Feb 2024
Interview
Had an initial screening call which lasted about 30mins during which we discuss the tech stack and my inexperience with it, to which I was assured this would be fine and taken into consideration. I was also assured there was no time limit to the test and that I could take my time working through them. The next stage of the interview would be talking through the answers to the test questions.
I gladly accepted and over next few days including the weekend worked through the 5 questions on Coderbyte when I had time having 2 infant sons. There were 3 Angular questions and 2 SQL.
After a week I heard back that my Angular skills were not good enough and that I had taken too much time on the test questions. In short the screening call was a waste of time and full of lies. Had I been appropriately informed ahead of the test I would not have accepted to continue the interview process.

Three step process. All virtual. Two phone calls followed by demo presentation with open ended criteria. Nice people and fairly timely with their communication. Sales experience and knowledge required with understanding of agriculture industry.
