After applying I was contacted for a phone screening sessions with HR department. They went over my resume and asked several questions about my motivations and knowledge about the company. After that, I was invited the day after for an Assessment center. Candidates had 1h to prepare a solution to a business case involving a fake IT company's Helpdesk department. At the end of the presentation to HR manager and Purchasing senior manager a more competency based interview followed.
