After Hours Pediatrics interview questions

The recruiter was terrible. How can you recruit talent if you schedule a call for an interview but then don’t actually follow through. Kept trying to reschedule a call but you can text and email me about how you need to keep rescheduling? Felt like discrimination to me. Sorry I am not white and blonde. I do not want to be a part of a company that encourages this.
