I applied online. I interviewed at Afni (San Antonio, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
Took 4 applications. Thought I was going to insurance customer service. Ended with Verizon customer service. No one seemed to care when I explained that I had originally applied for insurance customer service.
Easy. Fair to Midland, but kind of boring. Very standard questions were asked, and very standard procedures were followed. Very polite and professional. Prompt questions asked. Good quality interview. Hard to describe in so many words

AI generated process that asked mostly AI generated personality questions that made little sense and felt like it dehumanized the process of applying for a job. Would not recommend applying here
