Interview
The interview process went very smoothly I was quite impressed! I had a first and second interview and both of the management they interviewed me lol as super friendly. It was an overall great experience.
Terrible communication caused me to miss my interview. After miscommunication they wouldn't reschedule to talk with me. I was referred by someone high level who worked there and they still didn't care enough to reschedule my interview. scumbags.

Interview
A month after I applied, I was contacted by a recruiter named Alexandra, whom left a phone message and a follow up text message (very informal) for an Analyst - MCD position in Sunrise, FL. The phone interview went well, I was told my resume would be sent to the manager and another recruiter would contact me as she was going on vacation for several weeks. I was "ghosted," till this day I received no email, no call or text about the position, how unfortunate. Luckily, I had another job offer I accepted soon after my phone interview. I hope someone from the Aetna recruitment department reads this. This is not how I expect a company like Aetna to conduct their interviews. I hope this does not happen to potential employees. Good luck to you all!
