Resume screening, followed by a Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment and a 12-minute timed Predictive Index Cognitive Assessment (the assessments total to about 15 minutes). Candidates who pass this first stage get interviews.
There is a personality index assessment which presumably is how well a candidate will align with the process. If that is close enough to what they are looking for, this is followed with an onsite meeting with a number of team members, They asked some deeper technical questions that may require recollection of engineering classes,
