Very relaxed, the interviewers made me feel at ease and were very kind which allowed me to be myself. There were many case scenario type questions, open ended questions so be sure to prepare for those types!

Interview
You are contacting by phone, told to study up on cities and aeroports. You write a written test, some questions are mutliple choice. You are then told to answer the phone, I guess, to hear your voice or clarity over the phone. If you are accepted, you start training.
