I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Aegis Therapies
Interview
The interview was much more pofessional than the actual work environment. In the interview, you were led to believe this is an ethical company that puts patients and employees first, but they were only about money and were willing to commit fraud to get to the next reimbursement level.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Would you be willing to give up weekends and work Sunday through Thursday, work Tuesday through Saturday?
Easy hiring process, easy to get an interview call. HR process was also easy, helpful staff. First one needs to get in touch with the recruiter and then after one talks to the company recruiter, one has to do an onsite interview and then complete the hiring process with HR.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Job experience, clinical questions, and why I needed this job.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aegis Therapies (Saint Cloud, MN) in Jun 2018
Interview
The interview was casual and informal. I met with 2 people which allowed both parties to ask questions. They provided a tour of the facility and a job description. The clinic was in need of a therapist badly. Aegis has a bad reputation.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Aegis Therapies (Virginia Beach, VA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Ridiculously sloppy and it was very very clear that the person who interview me was jayded / tired and just wanted to fill the position “ because we hav t been able to get a full time PT in here”
