Interview
First, you will have a brief discussion with HR, after which they will send you an assignment via Coderbyte. This assignment will include technical questions related to the advertised tech stack. Next, a senior technical person will evaluate your performance and decide if you qualify for the technical interview. During the technical interview, you will discuss your experience, your passions, best practices, and delve deeply into technical aspects. There is no rush; they are very friendly. Following this, HR will ask some general questions to conclude the technical interview. Based on the evaluation, you will receive a call for the next interview, which will mostly be with a higher management person. This interview is not highly technical, but there will be an opportunity to discuss some general tech topics.
