I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Advantage Data
Interview
Met with about HALF the company (about 20 people firm) after being made to wait about 30 mins. It looked like they were unorganized and literally forgot about the interview. Walked around the floor in a show and tell that wasn't very impressive.

Question 1
do you have experience in investment banking and some really off-topic questions.
Interviewed with four different people. They were all very nice and the interviews were very conversation-like. They explained the in-and-out's of the business and what I should expect if I received a job offer. There was no test and they seem willing to help out if you do not understand the tasks initially upon joining.
Disorienting and disjointed mess. Met with several people in multiple stages with an Excel test at the end. I vividly remember one of the senior employees coming in picking his nose before starting the interview. Clearly not quite right in the head to present that kind of professional image to a new candidate. I would avoid the offensively low salary and high skill ceiling requirement for Excel capability. The open office environment and sitting shoulder to shoulder with the next employee did not convey an environment conducive for working. I would avoid investing time applying to this substandard garbage company if possible.
