Interview
I received email for initial interview by phone. It was scheduled quickly. The phone interview was pleasant and lasted less than 30 min. The interviewer reiterated the basics of what is required to the job, and the process for hiring. I was also informed that if hired, trained, and then quit within a year, I would be required to reimburse the company up to $7,500. I was ok with that process. After that interview, I was informed if current interview was a fit, I will receive another interview request via web. That was a quick turn around. I sat in front of my laptop, dressed as if going into the office. The interview lasted about 40 min.

Question 1
What would you do if the subject cannot interview during normal hours, and is only available during his lunch which is after midnight?
What would you do if you go to applicants current job and the CEO finds out that you are inquiring about the applicant and then tells you he does not want to lose his employee, and he does not give permission for you to speak to any employees?
When checking with neighbors of an applicant, who says she lived at her address for 15 years, and a reference says the same thing, you discover from a neighbor that he has never seen the applicant or know the applicant. What would you do?
