Actually, the offer position was for postdoctoral researcher, for the term of one year. They had offered to pay a little more than the expected posted salary of 35000 per year, to $ 36000 a year. Because I'm not US citizen, we discussed the transfer of my VISA J-1 paperwork, from the University of New Mexico to the University of New Orleans.
