First they took an aptitude test which had 40 questions and secondly a Psychology test for checking the compatibility of the potential employee with the company. Then whoever passed that test was called for a technical round which was solely focussed on programming skills, It was a mixed test including MCQ types of questions and writing code for the given problems. Now all those who got selected for that got a call from them for the technical interview and if they pass successfully, they would get a HR interview, upon clearing the HR interview the candidate would be hired.
