Applied through their website with a referral from an employee. After about 2 or three days they called me and wanted me to come in to take a pre-employment assessment tests. Went there on a Friday early, because I was warned to get there as soon as they open, which is 8am, because they only take in so many people. Arrived, filled out some paper work, just the standard name, address, previous employment etc. Afterwards I was moved to the computer room where I took four assessment tests, they were very simple. One was how do you describe yourself. the agree, strongly agree etc., the others were listening and typing tests. Then after that you went into the other waiting room to wait to be interviewed. At first I was interviewed with the HR who was really nice and just asked a couple of questions as well as answered my questions. Then back to the waiting room to be interviewed by a different person. Since I applied for the bilingual position my next interview was all in spanish, it was mostly simple question, like what motivates you etc. Then you are sent back to the waiting room, and finally you are brought back in to tell you whether you got it or not. If you did you fill out paper work, for background checks etc.
