I never ever write any feedback on glassdoor but I had to write it because the previous feedback was extremely helpful. I ignored them and guess what? I encountered same thing.
Advance Digital is not professional at all. Management people are not knowledgable.
Third party recruiter contacted that Advance Digital is interested in my background. They have sent a programming test which was online (Basic/easy python programming questions). After that they scheduled a phone screening. The hiring manager called me 15mins late which was okay but then he ran over 30mins more. He asked me in-depth technical questions. After that I was called onsite to meet 2 teams even though only one team had this job opening. They asked me very general question about my experience. Few design questions for which I used whiteboard. Now generally onsite interview is technical and the recruiter mentioned same thing that they will ask me technical question but I felt like they were not interested in hiring anyone or they might not have had enough technical knowledge so they didnt ask me technical stuff which is very important to find out skillset. I felt like they might not have asked anything in detail because hiring manager already called and asked technical questions over the phone interview. So I was like okay. They might will be extending the offer. Now fun part comes when they didnt send their feedback yet but in the meanwhile I got an offer from a big company. I was waiting for Advance Digital to give their feedback so I know which offer to choose from. Their feedback was that I didn't enough technical knowledge. They wasted my time and also their time. I was interviewed by 5+ people at the same time but they didnt have intension to hire anyone.
WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!
