Interview
The interview started with the scenario which I was sent before hand so I could prepare. After the scenario I was asked a series of questions on each value. At the end of the interview I was able to ask any questions I had.
We had a remote interview. The women interviewing me put me at ease. It was a straight forward interview that included some scenario based questions. There were scenarios provided before hand via email and we discussed what I had proposed as my reaction/solution.

Prior to the interview you were also supplied with a scenario which was discussed at the start of the interview. You were asked what your approach would be to help de escalate and deal with the scenario appropriately.
