Easy and intuitive... Very nice and very direct, humorous. One on one interview asking for previous job experience and comfortability with customer sales and satisfaction. The whole process lasted about 20 minutes, outlined the job duties, included short and quick test, and included the fitting for uniforms. Short, sweet, to the point.
