The interview process was a very professional and simple multi manager interview. Designed to challenge yourself by the questions that were asked. At the end was given advice on how to succeed in my current role with the company.

Was promoted from within. I was a retail parts pro and I did great work. The current assistant manager quit and i was offered their spot. It was the worst decision of my life.

On computer and mainly parts knowledge oriented. Brief talk to upper management after. Look at a car in parking lot and was asked questions about how it works. Absolute slap in the face some of the questions I was asked
