      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Adstra (Princeton, NJ) in Jul 2014

      Interview

It was a waste of time. I applied for the position on Monster.com, and a couple of weeks later the hr person had me schedule a phone interview. He told me to call him the next day, and I called and he wasn't there to pick up. Then he called me an hour later, and his phone reception was horrible. At the end of the phone interview, he said he'd call me up to schedule an in-person interview the next day, but he didn't call back until one week had passed. I did the in-person interview, which was a pre-interview with hr, then an Excel test of the type of work I'd be performing, then a face-to-face with the vice president and the project lead. The interviewers were nice. They asked behavioral questions such as, "what would you do in this situation?" The ad said that it was four months in length, and could become permanent, but at the interview they just said it would be 2-4 months long. A week after the interview, I emailed the hr person for an update, but he never replied. After doing a phone interview and a face-to-face interview for a short-term temp position, I should have been informed regarding whether I got the position or not.
