      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Adorama

      Interview

I applied online and was contacted for an in person interview with the HR Representative. After that meeting, I was interested in the role. I followed up several times before I was told they are also interested in bringing me back for a second meeting with upper management. The second meeting lasted two hours, and I was still interested in the opportunity. The HR representative asked me for my salary requirements etc. and later sent me an email saying that they would like to make me an offer. I confirmed that I was interested in their offier and was told they would get back to me SHORTLY with the offer letter etc. After two days passed, I still did not receive the offer so I followed up and was told they are working on it. After another week I followed up again, and the HR representative was apologitic and offered what I now belive is an excuse. I followed up again, and was given another excuse, yet I felt the need to follow up one last time, this time the HR representaive NEVER resposed to my email regarding an offer. I find the entire process extremely unprofessional, if they were aware they are no longer willing to make an offer, why not tell me that. Why ask for my salary requirements, and said they are going to make an offer, and ran a background/references to never ever respond. VERY unprofessional and only makes me think how horribly disorganized and unprofessional the company really is.
