it was easy online and on the phone. Then it was a "meet and greet"- and it was just terrible! Its set up like a cult- everywhere it was clown masks, spooky decorations..and a forced engendered spirit of "positivism" ... i don't mind a vision statement and an occasional party- but this was like a cult. It was the weirdest corporate experience. I've worked in insurance for 12 years in a range of positions- and they said I did not possess the skills. The truth is I just didn't get as hyped up about their "spirit" as some of the younger recruits

Applied online. Was invited for a group interview. When I went there the recruiters didn't even know that I was among the candidates. Both the individual and the group interview went well. However, the other candidates had friends in the company and they were hired, I didn't know anyone who was working there and I didn't get an offer.
