I had a negative interview experience at Admerasia. While my first-round interview went smoothly, the overall process was disorganized and poorly communicated. After significant delays, my second-round interview was particularly disappointing. One scheduled interviewer didn’t show up, and another arrived late, appeared disengaged, and spoke English so poorly that I struggled to understand the questions. This made the interview uncomfortable and frustrating. Despite following up multiple times, I received no response for over a month. When a reply finally came, it was brief and unhelpful.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disorganization left a lasting negative impression. Future candidates should be prepared for delays, communication challenges, and unprofessional interactions during the process.
