I applied online. I interviewed at Adjust in Jan 2022
Interview
very bad experience, so far the worst I have ever had, sent my application and they answered me with a email containing instructions for a code challenge that has to be delivered in 3 business days. I did sent, and after sending, never got any feedback, but was contacted thought linkedin messages telling me that they were interested in me but as a frontend (I have some frontend experience) I asked if the position was as a full-stack or just frontend, just frontend he said, and that I am not considered as a backend, what I answer I am not interested on frontend with you, maybe after my code challenge I won’t be considered as frontend either, so I won’t waste my time with you anymore
Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your candidate experience. We are sorry that the discussions regarding which role you were being considered for were not communicated in a mindful way.
Also if you have still not yet received feedback for the backend developer role kindly reach out to the coordinator supporting you in the interview process and we will try our best to get back to you soon.
Your feedback is very useful to help us to improve our interactions with candidates and to make the whole experience an enjoyable one, so thank you again for getting in touch!
