1. Introduce yourself (your expertise, hobbies, sports...etc)
2. Introduce about the company.
3. Tell about your previous job (your responsibility)
3. Questions relate to the quality field (fishbone diagram, 5 Why, PFMEA, tooling...etc).

If the product has a lot of DPU at the final inspection (defects per unit), how do you determine the root causes and how can the number of DPU be reduced?
Very good process for interview. Great office and staff. Interview was based on technical information but at the same time very well explained the job functions. Polite and supportive interview based on a expected partnership if given the opportunity to work.
