Overall, my interview experience with Aderant was positive in many ways. Throughout the process, I had several conversations with the recruiter, hiring manager, and team members, and everyone I spoke with was professional, welcoming, and willing to provide insight into the role, company culture, and future direction of the team. The discussions were engaging, and I appreciated the time invested in helping me understand the position and the organization.
That said, after progressing through multiple rounds of interviews and completing additional assessments, I was disappointed that the final decision was communicated through an automated Workday email rather than a direct conversation or personal outreach. After spending considerable time in the process and building relationships with the team, a more human touch at the end would have felt more respectful and aligned with the positive experience throughout the earlier stages.
I also reached out seeking feedback on my candidacy and did not receive any response from HR. I understand that companies cannot always provide detailed feedback, but even a brief response or acknowledgment would have been appreciated, especially after the level of time and effort invested in the process.
I still appreciate the opportunity to have met the team and learn more about Aderant, but I believe the candidate experience at the conclusion of the process could be improved.
