Applied through recruiter by online. Got interview after 3-4 weeks. Process was lengthy. They didn't have time for schedule interview. But at end they accept me. They offer me hire them previous company salary, medical insurance and vacation.

Question was according to my resume, I explained what I did before. Then they show me the fatalities, lab and working environment.
