Interview
Had an initial call with the recruiter, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and two team members. The entire process was very straightforward and well-organized. Each step was clear, with timely communication and a focus on efficiency. The interviews gave me a good sense of the role and team dynamics. It was a great experience overall, and it reflected the company’s fast-paced and results-driven environment. I appreciated how quickly everything moved and how engaged everyone was throughout the process.
Very straightforward, and typical of most recruiter-style agencies. Had me do a short personality type test that was pretty generic. Recruiter was friendly and helpful. Was over the phone, and also had the option to do a video call.
The interview went really well and then they ghosted me. Stopped responding to emails all of a sudden. At first I was introduced to a recruiter and she told me that she will send me a bunch of job opportunities. I thought the conversation went well. It ended on a great note and then nothing. Waste of time.
