The interview process was very well communicated in terms of the expectations and stages. The questions were well thought out in terms of the companys values and expectations, however I also had opportunities to communicate my expectations from a job.

Can you provide an example of when you went above and beyond in the workplace? (this was a question in response to me saying that I want to be in a workplace where I feel motivated to do so).

Interview
I had a 45 minute meets call to discuss strengths, weaknesses and understand more about the role being offered to me. I then came to the offices for an in-person interview to discuss the previous points further, elaborating on what i was looking for as well as what the business were looking for.

Interview
The interview process was very thorough and transparent. The interviewer asked a lot of questions whilsts also being very open and honest in response to my questions. There were multiple stages of the interview both in person and online.
