I had an initial video call with two team leaders who explained the role and asked a few questions. I then had interview with Toby (Head of SEO) and Jack Bird who asked more specialist questions

Interview
The initial interview was very in depth and thorough with the questions posed by the HR dept. They were interested in me as a person and my qualities, my hobbies and interest, my routines etc as well as what I could bring to the team and the role. One of the best interviews I have had- in relation to the scope of questions asked.

3 stages
1st stage - initial phone call discussing the role and interest in it
2nd stage - over an hour zoom call with 2 team leads discussing the role in more detail and asking relevant probing questions.
3rd stage - in-person interview with two different team leads and hr. Similar to the 2nd stage but with different questions. HR section was finding out how to best support me in the role.
