Interview
It was a conference style interview. Position requirements and company requirements were discussed first, then you're asked what you know about the company. Then each person asks about your past experience, why you want to work for them, and any outside hobbies. Afterward, they inform you of aptitude tests, drug screening, and then background checks that are to be done prior to hiring.

Interview
Very laid back. Answered questions about experience and told the interviewer about myself and my interests. Was made aware of benefits, talked about salary, paid time off, etc. Just had to be myself, be honest, and was offered the job on the spot.

Interview
The interview process was short and easy. They made me feel at ease with the process. My face to face interview turned into a group interview with several high level staff, which was a little intimidating, but it worked out in my favor.
