Submitted online and then was engaged 2 weeks later via the Recruiter. The interview process was a phone screening with the Recruiter followed by a PI personality and cognitive test, This was then followed by a 1 hour onsite panel interview.
During my onsite interview the HR Representative sat at the end of the table with arms-crossed, a visibly poor demeanor and what I'd call borderline contempt. There was a polar difference in the 3 other interviewers compared to the HR Rep in my panel session.
After reading the 2024 AdCom911 Annual Report on their website there are multiple mentions about attrition problems and sub-par compensation. Human Resources seems to be a red flag here.
