The HR manager conducted the first round of interview. This consisted of talking about my background, my academics, my skills. Also I was asked why I wanted to join AdReady and what I look for while joining a company? After talking a bit, the HR manager decided that I was a good fit for the company culture and I went in for the second round of interview. This round was with the Media Director. The questions that the media director asked were about my previous job experiences, I was asked about working with MS. Atlas and I was asked about my experience with making presentations.
