Interview
I had 5 different interviews over the course of 3 weeks and then was ghosted for a month. They contacted me again and I had 2 more interviews and then never heard from them again. I felt it was a waste of my time and communication was great in the beginning but when you get that far through the interview process to be ghosted it is very unprofessional.

Interview
The interviews seemingly went well and had several great conversations. However, I never heard back from them. Totally understand if the fit isn't right, but just plain disrespectful to ghost someone after they take time out of their schedule to interview with you. Why waste my time and yours?

Interview
Initial communication was normal and professional, I had a phone screen then a follow-up with a team member. They asked me to come in-person for a ~3 hour panel interview, so overall spent about 4 hours total interviewing with them, and multiple hours learning about the company on my own time. A few days after the interview, I received the most generic, short-form rejection email from the company which didn’t include any reasoning as to why they rejected me. I replied in a professional manner asking if they could provide a reason for my own knowledge so that I could improve in that area/areas for future interviews. They did not reply, even after I nicely followed up. It’s not a very good feeling to put in so much time and effort with a company just to have them reject you and provide no reasoning. I chose neutral instead of negative because the folks I interviewed with were professional, but they really need to be more respectful of the interviewee’s time (I had to take a personal, unpaid day off work for the in-person interview).
