Red flags right off the bat. I was asked to complete an hour assessment that had nothing to do with the role. Once completed I was asked to send a one way interview and record answers to questions. Communication all happened through LinkedIn messenger, not even my email. I declined to proceed once the one way interview was requested. Says a lot about how they invest in employees if they won’t even invest in their hiring process. It all felt pretty disrespectful. I understand asking candidates to do case studies and live workshops once you have aligned the position is a mutual fit (from a skills and comp standpoint) but I never even spoke to a person despite being told my experience was a great fit for the role. WILD.

Require 2 hour SAT type assessment before you even have any type of interview. After reviewing the Glassdoor page, I'm glad I did not complete the assessments after an hour wasted.
Company/HR has no regard for their future employees time, let alone hired employees, Avoid at all costs.

I was asked the basic questions related to Digital Marketing. More questions were asked from my project and campaigns I had done for my clients. I sensed that I was also interviewed with the angle of suitability to the company and its' work culture.
